The house has a nice and cozy atmosphere. There are three rooms with built-in cupboards and ventilators. One of them, the tower room, has a separate entrance.

Two rooms have double beds, the third one has a bunk and a single bed. Furthermore, the sofa in the living room can be used as a supplementary double bed.

The lovely living room has satellite TV (astra 2) and a stove for autumn/spring time.
In front of the house, there is a porche and a big exterior terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with a gaz oven, a fridge (with freezer) and a washing-machine. In the bathroom there is a big bathtub with shower.

Thanks to the ventilators the house is nice and cool even in summer - without air condition.

There is no swimming pool: In the arid Mediterrean climate, the nicest swim you can get is in the sea.

Our garden is perfectly adapted to the climate and so we can reduce irrigation to a minimum.
